Q. What do you pressure wash?
A. We pressure wash decks, fences, driveways, concrete, residential pools, commercial pools, residential sidewalks, commercial sidewalks, flagstone patio, brick paver patio, and stamped concrete patios.
Q. What do you softwash?
A. We softwash home exteriors - vinyl, aluminum, stucco and hardiplank.
Q. Why can't I do this myself?
A. If high pressure is used on composite decking or wood you can cause streaking of the wood fibers and the composite material. Also, on composite material you can actually cause burning or fanning where the color will change. If too high a pressure is used on your home you can blow off the oxidation and see streaking on your home. (I have a photo in the gallery of what not to do) This can also cause damage around the window seals and cause water to get behind the siding.
Q. What kind of experience do you have?
A. George has over 22 years experience in power washing. We've been in business 18 years and are family owned and operated.
Q. What kind of equipment do you use?
A. We use state of the art equipment that is van mounted. The only thing that comes out of our vans is the water hose to connect to your water source and the power washing hose that George will be using.
Q. Would softwashing or pressure washing increase the curbside appeal of my home?
A. Absolutely power washing or soft wash will create a brilliant curb appeal. Remove the mold, mildew, and algae from your home, sidewalks, and driveways.
Q. How much does this cost?
A. Price depends on the square footage of the home and any other item needing power washed. Also, how long the home has been left undone can reflect in the price if more detergents and time are needed.
Q. How long will this take?
A.The length of time depends on the size of the project and how dirty the project is.
Q. Do I have to be home while you are working?
A. You are not required to be at home. Everything we need is outside. We do call the day prior to confirm your appointment for the next day and go over some minor instructions on getting the home prepped.
Q. Who will be doing the work?
A. George himself will be doing the work.
Q. What type of payment do you take?
A. We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Card (No Discover or American Express).
